This 3D Showcase was one of our first productions using Matterport technology. boomworks became a Matterport Service Provider in February 2019 and started working with construction companies to scan their new build properties. The benefits of using 3D virtual tours are well known in North America but are still not really that well understood in Spain. We introduced this technology to blow prospective buyers away with 3D Showcase – an immersive online 3D experience that gives buyers a true sense of the feeling of your property before they ever see it in person. We put Matterport’s industry-leading technology to work for construction companies so Estate Agents could visit properties from their own computers or smart phones and potential buyers (from anywhere in the world) could qualify themselves in or out of their interest in the property before contacting the sales agent. By weeding out less interested buyers, and attracting more qualified open house attendees, we give Agents and Construction companies the best possible leads and opportunity to sell.
